    Question

How to avoid records from being published to Primo? Records with STA field are not displayed in the OPAC but they appear in Primo.

    Answer

In table xxx01/tab/tab_publish base, column 2 base name xxx01 must be added. Suppressed records will then NOT be published to Primo according to the rules in $alephe_tab/tab_base.lng:

XXX01 N alldocuments not wiv=(SUPPRESSED or AUSSO* or BEST* or INV*)
