Suppressed records are showing in the Union OPAC after parallel indexing

    • Article Type: General

    Description:
We have finished the parallel indexing jobs in ODN02 on production
and I am double checking the records with the STA of SUPPRESSED
and so when I go to the ODN02 All ODIN Library Catalog link from our
    production url: http://www.odinlibrary.org/F

I am searching for the title Active filter design handbook; for use with programmable pocket calculators and mini computers and the library holdings is for UND and the system number is 543647.
It shows up in the ALL ODIN Library is this due the setup in tab_base.eng?

We had this working on TEST reindexing so I am not sure what we have missed?

    Resolution:
When I select the "Reindexed ODN02..." choice from the web OPAC, it is still using the ODN02 base, rather than the U-ODN02 base that you want. This is controlled in the file ./www_f_eng/base-list :

    <a href="&server_f?func=find-b-0&local_base=odn02"> Reindexed ODN02 Library Catalog</a>

Change this line so that it has "local_base=U-ODN02" and that should take care of the problem. I tested this by adding "&local_base=U-ODN02" to my search string, and the results appeared to be correct.
