    Tab16 Column 12 Not Enforcing Loan Limit

    Description

    Borrower 0000123456 should be blocked after checking out 10 items. The block appears to be enforced at the sublibrary level: the borrower could check out several books from one sublibrary, then more from a different sublibrary until 10 items from that sublibrary were checked out. For this patron status/item status combination, tab16 uses ABC16 in the Group ID and is not sublibrary-specific. Tab_check_circ is set up to do check_circ_4a, 4b, and 4c for LOAN-GBL and check_circ_4a for LOAN.

    Currently there is just this one tab16 type 99 line:

    Patron 0000123456 has z305_bor_status 20.

    If you want to limit the number of items patrons with status 20 can check out, in total, from any ABC50 sublibrary to 10, then you need to have the following line preceding the one shown above in tab16:
