    Task Manager: "Unable to sort batch log file"; "Unable to browse library batch q

    When attempting to view the MBB50 Batch Log in the v.18 clients we get an error:
    Remote Service Error (c1202 10)
    Unable to sort batch log file.

    When attempting to view the Batch Queue we get an error:
    Remote Service Error (c1203 11)
    Unable to browse library batch queue.

    Attaching to MBB01, 30, 60, etc seems to work OK.

    I tried to launch service p_file_96 at around 10:30 and at 10:49 it is still sitting in the Batch Queue and hasn't actually launched yet. Any idea why it's not launching immediately?

    From site: mbb50/files was symlinked to /exlibris0/aleph/u16_1/mbb50/files (a relic of the transfer of the U-tree from our version 16 box to the version 18 box) which didn't exist.

    I removed the symlink and created the mbb/files directory as a real directory. I populated it with the following empty files:

    batch_log (actually I copied this over from our version 16 box)

    I then checked the library batch queue and it didn't seem to be running so I started it. Now jobs seem to launch immediately.
