*Client stalls and has to be forcibly closed by Windows when attempting to access the xxx50/scratch directory by the Task Managers File Upload/Download Files function
Cause:
Too many files in the xxx50/scratch directory
Resolution:
Delete unnecessary files in the xxx50/scratch directory
