    Title Request" checkbox on Create Hold Request screen not checked

    Description:
    In GUI Circ, the "Title Request" checkbox on the "Create Hold Request" screen comes up as unchecked. How can we make it, by default, be checked?

    Resolution:
    This is controlled by CreateTypeTitle parameter in the pc \CIRC\tab\circ.ini file:

    [Hold]
    CreateTypeTitle=Y
