    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

    Description

Using UTIL F 2 5 2 to create a XML-input file to be used for PLIF (file-20), we see two email-address fields:
    <email-address>test@server.com</email-address>
    and
    <z304-email-address>test@server.com</z304-email-address>
    Which address-tag is relevant?

    Resolution

Only the tag <z304-email-address> is relevant for XML-input files to be used for PLIF (p_file_20).
    Tag <email-address> is non-functional.

    Additional Information

The tag <email-address> is created as UTIL F 2 5 2 internally is using the standard conversion routines to map patron data to XML. The tag is relevant only for printing/emailing in the GUI.
