Unable to access Holdings from brief display

Description:
In both of our instances of v17, we are unable to access holdings from the brief view. The log file seems to indicate that library USR00 is involved, but we can't understand why:

Resolution:
In $alephe_tab/www_f_func, you defined two lines for ITEM-GLOBAL:

##### ITEM-GLOBAL www_f_item_global_set
##### ITEM-GLOBAL www_f_item_global

The second line is incorrect. You need to remove it.
You're using default programs, so it is not necessary to define the programs in www_f_func.
