    Description:
In the tree of the attached screenshot, there is an ADM record for ABC50 that was created inadvertantly. When in the cataloging module connected to the fcl01 library, the bibliographic record for an item that is in DEP50 was accessed. When the Open Acquisitions Record icon was clicked a new ADM record for ABC50 was created.

Is having that additional ADM record a problem? Is there any way to find any that may have been created in the past?

    Resolution:
No, it is not a problem -- except that it might be confusing to staff. ABC50 will not appear in any list of locations for this title.

See #5 in KB 8192-2744 (which retrieves cases of ADM records with no items).
