    Description:
I'm trying to update the Content Store. The first thing I need to do is backup the current Content Store. The username that I have, prof1dukr0, doesn't seem to have the required privileges to do this.

I get many error messages: "CM-REQ-3251 The Role was not exported because you do not have permission to read it.".

What username should I be using?

    Resolution:
To update content store, customer should be 'administrator'. If the pwd for administrator cannot be found, customer can run 'licenseExtender' script to change the password for ARC users. (Or "csh change_password.csh")

Note: To install the ARC Service Pack, customer needs to be 'crn' user. The user 'crn' is an Unix user and customer can use Unix command to change the password if the the orginial pwd for 'crn' cannot be retrieved.
