    Updating tab17 via GUI Open Hours function deletes certain default lines

    Description:
    Updating tab17 via the GUI Open Hours causes lines like the following to be deleted:

    17A ######## O 0900 2100
    7BC ######## O 0900 2359

    Resolution:
    Rather than having this as the default for each tab17 label:

    7BC ######## 05 O 0900 2359
    7BC ######## 06 O 1000 2359
    7BC ######## 00 O 0900 2359
    7BC ######## O 0900 2359

    you need to have this:

    7BC ######## 00 O 0900 2359
    7BC ######## 01 O 0900 2359
    7BC ######## 02 O 0900 2359
    7BC ######## 03 O 0900 2359
    7BC ######## 04 O 0900 2359
    7BC ######## 05 O 0900 2359
    7BC ######## 06 O 1000 2359

    then the lines will be preserved when you do the Open Hours update in the GUI.
