    Problem Symptoms:
I get the following errors for each of the libraries in the Export customer data step.

They can be seen in /exlibris/aleph/upgrade_express_1901_2001/logs/log/create_customer_data.log:

    ORA-39002: invalid operation
ORA-39070: Unable to open the log file.
    ORA-29283: invalid file operation
    ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_FILE", line 488
    ORA-29283: invalid file operation

    Cause:

    Resolution:
    1. Change the write permissions of directory dpdir

    Example
    chmod 777 /exlibris/aleph/upgrade_express_1901_2001/data/a18_1/abc10/files/dpdir

    alternately do the following
    1. Delete the existing dpdir directories from df1 of all libraries

    Then,
    2. Rerun the export
