Problem Symptoms:
The following error occurs in the Aleph 20 -21 Upgrade Express step 1001:

ERROR at line 2:
ORA-02218: invalid INITIAL storage option value

Cause:
Blank parameters for z69_id in the xxx30 file_list.

Resolution:
1. Correct the following line in the ./xxx30/file_list:

IND z69_id

to

IND z69_id 1M 1M TS1X

2. If the ./xxx30/file_list has no entry for z69_id and the $aleph_root/tab/file_list.COURSE is being used and the z69 table is not desired for the xxx30 library, add the following line like to the xxx30/file_list:

NA z69_id

This line indicates "Not Applicable" and overrides the line from the file_list.COURSE.
