    Question

Is there an approved way to have Upgrade Express skip unnecessary steps?

    Answer

One could change the list of libraries to be processed and individually run certain steps for only certain libraries, but this would be time-consuming and cumbersome.

If a particular table is definitely not needed in a particular library, it is better to just ignore the message.
