Problem Symptoms:
Upgrade_Express_2001_2101, step 12, which is trying to add the following line to $alephe_root/aleph_start:

setenv PATH "${PATH}:/etc"

gets the message:

INFO /exlibris/aleph/u22_1/alephe/aleph_start already updated .

The local $alephe_root/aleph_start has:

setenv PATH "${PATH}:${aleph_exe}:${alephm_proc}:/etc" .

Cause:
Uncertain.

Resolution:
The existing PATH is OK. This INFO message can be ignored.
