    Description:
Step 1000 of Upgrade Express 17 to 18 is has been running for the past 7 hours. It is about to finish to build the Oracle indexes for the authority library. The log shows, see below, that the main bibliographic library SBA01 failed for lack of space after 4 hours and rolled back. The other 2 bibliographic libraries worked just fine.

Is there any way to redo step 1000 for the bibliographic library that failed?
