Description:
We are upgrading from v17 to v20. We applied all service packs to v17 before starting the upgrade, how do service packs for v18, v19, v20 fit in to the upgrade process we are in now?

Resolution:
You don't need to worry about the v18 or v19 Service Packs. (You are not implementing those.) After you finish the v20 Upgrade Express you will need to get the current v20 Service Pack, which will include all the rep_change's from # 1 to the current.
