I've had problems with the Z127 triggers every time I've done the v18-v19 upgrade.

Resolution:

I finally figured out the correct order to do things. Step 1016 should not be run until after at least p_union_01 has been run in the XXX30 libraries. You can also re-index and run p_union_02 before running the step. I finally was able to accomplish and upgrade without errors by doing this.

So the correct way to run the upgrade:

1. Run upgrade express on all steps above 999 except step 1016.
2. Reindex the XXX30 libraries, include running p_union_01 and p_union_02
3. Run step 1016 in the upgrade express.
4. Run csh -f $aleph_proc/create_z127 and csh -f $aleph_proc/load_z127_to_mem in each of the XXX30 libraries.

[Note: You need to be dlib-ed to the xxx30 library when running create_z127 and load_z127_to_mem.]
