    Description:

    It is not possible to use Aleph 21 with an Aleph 20 client.
    Client is crashing when trying to view a record in full view. Search is possible.
     

    Resolution:


    Rep_change 2372 in Aleph 21.

    Description: When using the emulation of Aleph version 20, the GUI client of Aleph 20 does not work properly during full record display.

    Solution: This has been corrected.

    Implementation Notes:
    In $alephe_tab/tab_check_service_program, change:
    20.01 c1001
    to
    20.01 c1001 pc_20_2_

    Additional Information

    Communication is also possible between Aleph version 21 and 22 and also Aleph version 22 and 23.

     

    The table $alephe_tab/tab_check_service_program needs to be set up accordingly.
