Question
In tab16, one can use "##" (hashmarks, pound signs) to denote all patron statuses. Can one use a a number plus a single "#", for example "0#'", to denote "00", "01", "02", etc.?

Answer
Though there are cases (such as check_doc_doc) where the "#" wildcard can be substituted for just one character in a multi-character column, when the column contains a single code, such as, the item status, item process status, patron status, borrower type, etc., "#" it is effective only when used for both positions in the column.

Additional Info
Since the table is read from top to bottom, including "XXX16 41 ## ## ..." as the last line should work the same as "XXX16 41 ## 0# ..."
