    Version 21 GUI feature Upload/Download for service p_manage_18

    Problem Symptoms:
    We would want to allow the catalogers to retrieve and save the file of system numbers output by p_manage_18 to their local PCs when using 'Print to/from ADM' functionality.
    This does not work at the moment.

    Resolution:
    There was a correction of service p_manage_18 though, since it was not able to handle the 'Print to/from ADM' functionality correctly.
