You will get this display: only sub field $$c is showing....

Resolution:
In edit_doc_999.eng, change:

!## PST# L LHolding Details Y L E

to:

## PST# D LHolding Details Y E

(Note the change of "L" to "D" and the 2nd "L" to blank.) Then restart pc_server.

This change corrected the problem.
