    Description:
Volume, part, pages don't appear in the BL templates when a request has been submitted via the Web OPAC. Submission via the GUI works fine.

    Resolution:
There is a problem in the Web OPAC customization. When I submit a serial request from the Web, 592 fields are created both for serial and monograph (see request 123 in Cataloguing module).

This is incorrect and doesn’t happen when you submit a request from the GUI or on our internal test server. In the Web OPAC, incorrect template is used: ill-journal-request, while it should be new-ill-journal-request (I can see it in the “View source”). It seems like ill-journal-request has just been copied into new-ill-journal-request, and this is why it is not working as expected.

I suggest to revert the ill pages customization to the default one and implement any changes very carefully.
