Description:
On the Web, after filling in all the required fields for self-registration, clicking on the "register" button results in this error message: "Dates fields are invalid." We do not have dates fields in our self registration form. We had all date fields removed during implementation.

Resolution:
The message "Dates fields are invalid" [Date fields are invalid] is # 4913 in ./error_eng/www_f_heading. It is issued by the www_f_bor_new program when the z304_date_to (the patron address end date) is not a valid date.

I found that the www_server.conf had "20070101" as the value of the www_bor_registration_ends variable.

Updating this to "20150101" and restarting the www_server corrected the problem.
