    Description:
Is there a document which will tell me what Oracle tables and indexes should be present for each bib library, ADM, etc.?

    Resolution:
    There is no such document.

The $aleph_root/tab/file_list.XXX templates (file_list.BIB, file_list.ADM, etc.) show the tables and indexes which can be defined in a particular kind of library in this particular version. But it may be that you don't use certain functions and the tables associated with those functions are not present (and do not need to be present) at your site. One example is the z107 and z108 tables in the ADM library, which are necessary only for Course Reserves.

Since the USMnn libraries have pretty much all functions, comparing your library to the relevant USMnn library is the thing to do. (That's what the SQL in KB 8192-6423 does.)

KB 8192-3719 discusses the managing of the file_list.
