    Description:
We are uncertain how to respond to the "Install UNI libraries?" question on the Aleph 18 Installation Request form.
    What are the UNI libraries?

    Resolution:
The "UNI libraries" are UNI01, UNI50, UNI60, etc. Just as the USM01 records are in MARC 21 (USMARC) format, the UNI01 records are in UNIMARC format. (UNIMARC is an international MARC standard, independent of any one nation's MARC format. It is used by certain European libraries. More info at: http://www.unimarc.net/general-information.html .)
