    Description:
    What is p_manage_321?

    Resolution:
p_manage_321 iis a process for the fast indexing of z0102 - instead of ue_08 taking care of z0102, a new batch job was written called p-manage-321. The difference in the work flow is that when the env variable 'setenv ue_01_z0102 Y' is set in aleph_start, ue_01 and ue_08 do not update z01-update-z0102 to 'Y'. Instead, the doc number is written to a file ($data_scratch/dd_Z07) and this file is the input to p-manage-321. Running the job p-manage-321 (which takes only the active-lib as param) : csh -f $aleph_proc/p_manage_321 USM01 will stop ue_01, build the z0102 and restart the ue_01 back up. In addition, this fix adds 'Append' option to cob_file.c and disable base-ptr caching for non web jobs.
