    When does the message 'Waiting in queue' for hold requests appear?

    Answer

    Hold request status ='W' (Waiting) displays as 'Waiting in queue'.

    Additional Information

    The status 'W' = Waiting is set whenever the Hold request waiting letter is printed by background process ue_06.

    The Hold request has 3 statuses:

    status "A", displays as "In process"
    status "S", displays as "On hold"
    and
    status "W", displays as "Waiting in queue (52)".
