    Description:
When we click on a record in the Course Reserves Brief List, we get the message:

The requested file was not found on the server.
Please contact the library administration and
    inform them about this problem

Some bib info follows, but it is incorrect and not properly formatted.

with the message, "The requested file was not found on the server".

    Resolution:
Looking in the www_server log, I see that the following appears when I am logged on to the OPAC (whether ABC01 or Course Reseves) and click on an entry from the Brief List:

    Empty table /exlibris/aleph/u20_2/alephe/www_f_eng/full-set-head-ill

You need to have a file "full-set-head-ill" (which you do not). This problem is described in KB's 16384-13683 and 16384-27762.
