    Description

Where can we find FTP logs for the Aleph acq-14 service? Ingram reports that they are not receiving EDI order files from our xxx50 library on their FTP server, and they're requesting FTP logs so they can diagnose the issue.

The acq-14 logs indicate that the service is running properly, and the service delivers the EDI files to the ./xxx50/edi/out/edi_sent directory; the FTP address, login, password, and directory are configured correctly in Aleph.

    Resolution

The EDI ftp log files are in the xxx50/scratch directory.  (They showed that the vendor needed to change permissions on their ./incoming directory.)
