Instructions for downloading, installing and configuring the Backup Package are included in the document "Backup Package Guide," which you will find in our Documentation Center in the following directory: Cross-Product -> Cross-Product Documentation -> Backup Package
Important Note: The Backup Package must be installed and configured as the ROOT user.
