Question

After creation of a new direct index there’s no proper result when searching for the index. Why?

The following tables were updated: xxx01/tab/tab11_ind, xxx01/tab/tab00.ger and the PC server was restarted.

Answer

For indexing tables it’s crucial that also the ENG table is updated. So the new index should be added to dai01/tab/tab00.eng also. Moreover daemon ue_01 has to be restarted after changing indexing configuration.
