    XML/XSL parse errors running serials claims report

    Description:
    Report in PRODUCTION generates data but we are not able to view the results. Get XML/XSL parse errors.
    Following Jerry Specht's recommendation that we clean up pc_b_eng which had some version 15 files it, we moved all code to pc_b_eng_old.
    That removed many errors we saw with background jobs not starting.
    This problem with the XML/XSL parse error appears to have come after that move.

    Resolution:
    The OutOfMemoryError is a known issue with workarounds: [1] sometimes MS Java Virtual Machine works better with large files then the Sun version; [2] view from outside the GUI.
