    Description:
    Is tab_acq_index (/xxx50/tab/) using a filing routine?

    It doesn't create correct filing text in the z79 records, for example:

    Z79_TEXT
    -----------------------------------
    SUBSTR(Z79_REC_KEY,6,35)
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    American home life, 1880-1930 : ============> this is Z79_TEXT
    american home life 1880-1930 ==============> this is Z79-FILING-TEXT

    The same heading in the bib library has a different filing text:

    filing_text ...........AMERICAN HOME LIFE 0001880 0001930

    Resolution:
    The p_manage_02 which builds the bib z01_filing_text consults the bib tab_filing table. The tab_filing expand_num routine is what adds the leading zeroes to make the number be treated as a whole number.

    Though the p_acq_04 job which builds the z79 does character conversion for individual characters (using the routine specified at the label ACQ_INDEX in the $alephe_unicode/tab_character_conversion_line file), it does not use any tab_filing routine and can not insert zeroes like this.

    Additional Information

    p_manage_02 , p_acq_04
