Z36H_RETURNED_HOUR in the past

Problem Symptoms:
The Z36H_RETURNED_HOUR is incorrect for items checked in on a certain PC: the transaction occurred at 11:49, but the z36_returned_hour is 11:25. Other PC's do not have this problem.

Cause:
When the operator returns an item, there's the ability (on the lower panel, far right) to set an "Override date[/time]". This persists through subsequent returns, until "Clear override" is clicked.

Resolution:
Operator needs to click "Clear override".

The following SQL shows the actual z36h_time and return pc ip-address for the xxx50 items with z36h_returned_hour = '1125':
