Problem Symptoms:
Error message "Base/library locked" appears randomly during search in Web OPAC, although the library is not locked. No error messages in WWW Server log files.

Cause:
clear_vir01 is running every night on hot mode, but has never run on cold mode.

Resolution:
Resolved by running clear_vir01 (util x/8) on COLD mode while Aleph is down.
1. cd $alephe_root
2. ./aleph_shutdown
3. dlib vir01
4. util x/8
5. cd $alephe_root
6. ./aleph_startup
