    Description:
When I try to copy a file in unix, I get this "cannot create regular file" error:

    > cp -p pc_cir_c0408.cbl.enc.gz xxxxxx
    > cp: cannot create regular file `xxxxxx': Permission denied

Also, in decrypting, I get: "Error: File xxxxxx.enc.gz can not be unziped"

    Resolution:
This was occurring at a consortium with six libraries, each library having its own login. In order to do things in the a-tree, you need to be logged in as "aleph".

Note to Ex Libris staff: There should be an sshmenu choice which lets you log in as aleph.
