    Description:
Both p_cash_09 and p_cash_10 export cash transactions to the bursar's office. How do they differ?

    Resolution:
p_cash_10 exports debits only. It has the attitude that once the Lost Item charge is issued, the patron owns the book: even if it’s found they won’t get their money back -- which is not how most libraries operate.

p_cash_09 export debits and, then, if the item is returned and a credit is created, exports the credit.

p_cash_10 has To/From dates, but, since p_cash_09 will not export a debit which has already been processed (that is, a debit with a z31_status of "T") (it exports status "T" *credits only-- ), To/From dates seem unnecessary.
