create_z127: "Error writing to Z100 in:USR00"

In the "POST UPGRADE ACTIONS IN THE COURSE READING LIBRARY" document I am at step 4 - running create_z127, but I have gotten errors (see below).
Not sure if this is related to the z100 errors I am getting when running clear_vir01 (see KB 16384-3313).

Our $usr_library is ABC50
z100 is defined in abc50/file_list (see entries below) but is not defined in any other file_list. Should it be?
USR00 is a demo library.

[From site:] The addition of z100 in usr00 seems to have solved the problem - create_z127 now runs without errors, and I was able to proceed with the rest of the course reserves set up steps.
