SP2-0640: Not connected
setenv: Too many arguments.

Resolution:
Somehow or someone removed the DBA grants from ALEPH_DBA user (it was ok for alepht but not alephp) so this user could not connect to the DB as sysdba.

I did "grant DBA to ALEPH_DBA" and it is ok now.

It seems that after this change and rebooting the server, the site saw KB 16384-21937.
