Files created by www-set-mail-777-00 (EndNote, RefWorks) in Full format have incorrect indentation: individual lines (AU, TI, etc) are indented, or tabbed over from the left margin. How to solve this?

Resolution:
Solution: Remove the "+" signs from the lines preceding S3 and S4 (leaving a blank line), in www-set-mail-777-00 template, and rebuild the templates by UTIL/I/6.
