    manage-33: "unique constraint (XXX01.Z13_ID) violated"

    Problem Symptoms:
    The $alephe_scratch/xxx01_p_manage_33 log, produced by the manage-33 ("Delete Bibliographic Records Including Related ADM/HOL Records") service has the following error:

    Oracle error: io_z13_write
    ORA-00001: unique constraint (XXX01.Z13_ID) violated

    Cause:
    Each occurrence of the message indicates a single z13 (Short bibliographic record) which the program tried to write which already existed. (This could happen when the bib record was, for instance, deleted in the GUI prior to running p_manage_33.)

    Resolution:
    Since all the records have been deleted, manage-18 ("Load ALEPH Sequential MARC Records") can be run with the same parameters as it was previously (including p_old_new "NEW") and new xxx01 bib records should be created.

    {The stub records from this abortive load will still be out there, but, as are (logically) deleted, they will not have any effect on the functionality of the system.}
