    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

    Description
Though the xxx50 ADM tab_history.lng has this line:

    DELETE L Deleted

and though SQL shows that there are z30h records with z30h_h_reason = 'Deleted', when total bib deletion is performed, via either the manage-33 Service or the GUI Cataloging "Record Manager" -> Total Delete function, no z30h record is created.

(Deleting an individual item in GUI Cataloging by clicking on "Delete" (on the far right) when the item is highlighted in Items List *does* result in a z30h record being created.)

    *Resolution*
When doing a total delete of a BIB record, the ADM record is also deleted (together with the items), so there is no point in creating Z30H records which will become "loose ends" because they will not belong to any existing ADM record.
