    Description:
In trying to re-run $aleph_proc/open_new_library for abc04, I get the message: "/exlibris/aleph/u20_2/abc04 already exists; process stopped."

    Resolution:
In order to re-run this procedure for the existing library abc04, you need to remove the /exlibris/aleph/u20_2/abc04/ directory and all its subdirectories:

    > cd ${USER_MOUNT}/u${ALEPH_VERSION}_$ALEPH_COPY
    >pwd
    /exlibris/aleph/u20_2
    > rm -r abc04

Note: this command should be run *only* as part of the opening a new library procedure. It deletes all of the abc04 Aleph tables.

(You don't need to do anything with the Oracle user, library, etc.; the procedure handles that.)
