    Description:
    A staff member neglected to check the "update database" check box in p_acq_14. What is the implication of this? Is it possible to set this default to "yes" rather than no?

    Resolution:
    For Update Database,

    if you choose No, the system will send the list of orders to the Vendor, but will not change the order status from RSV to SV;

    if you choose Yes, the list of orders will be sent to the Vendor, and the order status will be changed from RSV to SV.

    If you want to change the Default from N to Y you should edit the following section of the p-acq-14.xml file in alephe/pc_b_eng

    <radio>
    <argname>F05</argname>
    <label>Update Database</label>
    <source>explicit</source>
    <default>N</default>
    <ritem>

    Change:
    <default>N</default>

    to:
    <default>Y</default>
