    p_cir_04: “Loan Status” column repeating due date

    p_cir_04: “Loan Status” column is repeating the due date.

    When the job is submitted with p_form_no "01", the report includes a Loan Status column. The Loan Statuses appear on the p_cir_04 submission form as Active, Lost, or Claims Returned. That is what should be appearing on the report. It is not.

    Resolution:
    This is a feature that is defined in the trn file global.trn under xxx01/form_eng directory.
    The LOAN-STA option does the following:
    Returns loan status, including due-date, transit, lost, recall etc…

    If you do not want it, simply remove this line from global.trn (or loan-report.trn if it exists):
    z36-status LOAN-STA S z36-rec-key

    And put this instead:
    z36-status TEXT S A=Active C=Claims_returned L=Lost
