p_cir_11 doesn't include other copies of the item

Description:
We are running p_cir_11 with the "Only Available items" filter, but it does not show all available copies.

For example the ABC50 library has a book "I love you Beth Cooper" and there are 3 copies. The one at the ABCAD sublibrary has been requested, and the ABCCA and the ABCNP books are
available.

When running the cir-11 for all three of those sublibraries, we do not see the ABCCA or the ABCNP in the report.

Resolution:
We see these three z30 items in util f/4 for ABC50 006346804:

The z37 request for item 006346804-000010 (see below) has "z37_expand Y" which should permit other copies to be included in the hold. It has "z37_filter_item_status 32" but since all three copies have item status 32, that is not a problem. But it also has "z37_filter_copy 00001".

This means that the only copy which can fulfill the request is copy 01.

Two things can cause this z37_filter_copy to be set. Both are on the second tab ("Item Filter Information") of the GUI Create Hold Request screen: the "Only Selected Item" check box and the "Copy" box.

If you want the hold to apply to other copies at this same location, you need to make sure that the "Only Selected Item" box is *not* checked and that the "Copy" box is zero or blank.

(Note: if you want the hold to apply only to copies at this particular location, you can fill in the "Sublibrary" filter box.)
