Description:
rep_change 1532 modified the loan_status_heading to add error message 0008. The only loan_status_heading file we have is in the a-tree. When we run the In Transit report (cir-80) the items In Transit display "You are not logged in to an Aleph library" instead of the due date.

Site reported that copying the $aleph_root/error_eng/loan_status_heading
to $alephe_root/error_eng/loan_status_heading and changing this:
