    Description:
    Why does the p_file_03 job create so many output files for the z00p table?

    There are only 335,193 z00p records in abc50, but we already have 30 output files (z00p.seqaa - z00p.seqbd).

    Resolution:
    The Oracle z00p table is in CLOB format, while these sequential files are not. The z00p has the fields in xml format.

    From z00p.seqaa:

    <datafield tag="010" ind1=" " ind2=" ">
    <subfield code="a">2008008259</subfield>
    </datafield>

    This is 87 bytes. The same tag in the z00 would be only 16 bytes.
