Description:
I ran p_file_20 for ABC50, and the service did not update any EXISTING patron's Z304 adddress records.
Patrons that were created as NEW patrons had their Z304 address records created. All other information in the Input File was updated in the database.

Resolution:
The Z303-PLIF-MODIFICATION field in the patron Z303 record was preventing update of the address via the PLIF.
